Skewers of marinated beef and mint sauce

Here's another delicious recipe Indian meat. Personally, I love the way all the meat is marinated in Indian cooking. It does not take a god of culinary science to understand that this happened, especially in the past, to preserve the better foods and in some cases, to cover the smell of decomposition. Ingredients for four people

Preparation

Reduce the meat into cubes as equal as possible between them, and they are not too large. Marinate for a couple of hours with the mixture thus obtained: whisk together all ingredients except yogurt, chili, salt and mint ... easier than that! You will hear a smell delicious!
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: mix the yogurt sauce dish with chopped mint, a nice outlet or two of salt and pepper as you feel much to bear. It may seem counterintuitive, but in this sauce, the greater the amount of chilli, the greater the result rnfrescante: mint works wonders!
Now comes the time of sbrodolone. Take the pieces of beef and insert them on bamboo sticks for skewers. I use the shortest.
Cook the skewers on a plate or pan. Avoid the classic grid, because the marinade will fall and it would be very bad indeed a waste.
