Hunting Cabin Curtains

CHERRY PLUM CAKE "Blues"

ingredients: 325 gr flour 00


200 g butter at room temperature
300 g caster sugar 4 eggs

40 g cocoa
a phial of lemon flavoring

a pinch of salt 6 tablespoons milk 1
packet of baking powder
(these are the doses for a 24 cm diameter cake, I've used the half to bring it into the cake tin!)

Cream the butter until creamy, and add 280 grams of sugar, egg yolks, the lemon flavor, salt.
Mix the flour gradually, alternating with 3 tablespoons of milk.
Add the yeast, and egg whites steadfast.
Divide the dough into two parts, and add one of these cocoa, 3 more tablespoons milk and remaining sugar, stirring well.
Pour the mixture into the mold clear lined with parchment paper, and cover with the mixture dark. Go to a fork
spiral down through the layers of dough.
Cook at the bottom of the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve a slice of plum cake, with a cup of hot, fragrant tea ...
